Let’s walk through it… 
Head to your profile and tap the three lines in the top, righthand corner. Then select Settings.
Depending on your account type, choose Business or Creator.
Tap Saved Replies, and you’ll be able to create shortcuts the same exact way you do on your phone.
Choose a keyword that’s easy for you to remember. Since this is our initial greeting to our audience, “Thanks for contacting us” felt appropriate!
Now it’s time to try it out! Head to your DMs and open up a new message. Type in the keyword and a little speech bubble will pop up.
