FAQ’s

The starting point and ending point of the Helicopter?
We have 3 options in the UAE. Please see the attached maps. All are subject to the advance approval of the launch location. Dubai is Skydive Dubai, Abu Dhabi is Yas Island and Marina Mall Heliport. We can consider other locations for launch and recovery but they will need to be surveyed as suitable and NOC provided by the owner. There may be additional costs in this situation.

Would you cover the video production from the start to the end point, if not, what would be the cost?
We can provide a quote for an additional filming helicopter. Cost depends on whether the filming is at day or night. We can provide this once the event plan is known. Costs are helicopter, camera and filming permits.

Would it be possible to place the screen at the place of the event as discussed in Dubai?
As mentioned above, other locations can be considered, however it depends on where and suitability. Please share what you have in mind and we can make an assessment

Is there any other technical information we should be aware of before we start the campaign?
We recommend a 30-second loop in rich colour. The screen is very bright so it is great for day activations and stands out at night. We need a 2-week lead time for permits and site approvals. Please highlight to your client that the screen is double-sided and therefore content will be sent on the route in each direction.
