INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

  4. Email address – We send responses to questions, enquiries, contracts via email and will send you informational messages as well as offers which may interest you.
  5. Telephone numbers – If there are any problems with speaking to you via email, or we need to check anything, we need to be able to contact you quickly.

We use these to get in touch with you vie email or phone to reply to your query, respond back to a form submission you have done on the site, for fraud prevention and detection, to personalise your web experience, and for customer services purposes. After an enquiry with us, we may also perform market research in the form of a feedback questionnaire, via the HubSpot platform.

With your permission, we may also use this information to keep you up to date about our new products and services, or in other marketing messages. If you wish to stop receiving marketing messages, you can either unsubscribe using the link in every marketing email we send, or contact our customer our support team.

Your payment details

We keep a record of the billing address you supply to us as part of our fraud prevention work and for future customer service enquiries, such as ensuring invoices are sent to the correct person / department. If you have paid through a third party payment provider like PayPal, we will keep a record of your email address and the payment reference. Other payment mechanisms include direct transfer to our Bank or by cheque, each of which is recorded in our account by the banking authority, For payments with a credit or debit card, we only store the last four digits of your card for fraud and customer service reasons. Because we use a third party provider e.g.  GooglePay (for online advertising) to process our payments, our system never actually even has access to your other card details. This is in line with PCI regulations and means your credit card security is preserved at all times.

Your contact history

If you contact our customer services team or our business development team by email or by phone, they may keep a record of this. This is useful for us to personalisethe experience with you (so you don’t have to tell us the same things time and time again), to improve your experience, and to carry out staff training so that you can get the best possible service. We may also anonymise and aggregate information and use it to see patterns in our services so that we can improve.

Your purchase history

This is important for us to provide good customer support and look after you in the event of any customer service enquiries. We may also use this to personalise your web experience and the emails we send you, and may also anonymise and aggregate the data to find out what products and services you and people like you might like. RETENTION PERIOD

EDS retain all customer information for 6 years after they last interacted with us. Where there has been a period of 6 years and there has been no interaction between the organization and the Client, their information is erased and securely disposed of.

As a responsible marketer, we want to keep you informed about how we use your information. You have a right to know this, and you should also be able to ask any marketer to detail it. In line with GDPR guidelines, you have a right to request details about the data we have on you, the right to request we correct any inaccurate personal information, the right to no longer receive direct marketing messages and the right to have some or all of your data forgotten or deleted.

You have the right to make a Subject Access Request to EDS’s Data Protection Officer in the event that you wish to determine what information we hold on you. We welcome these requests and aim to respond within 72 working hours of receipt. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Note:

  1. SMS Messages to Etisalat & DU users are sent with Header Name (11 characters including spaces) i.e (CompanyName), however we need to apply the same to Etisalat/DU with client NOC letter along with trade licence copy. AED 500 Annual charges for the same to be paid extra. Validity Period of SMS is One Year.
  2. One English SMS can have maximum 160 Characters including spaces and ME. However long messages can be sent using extra SMS Credit.
  3. One Arabic SMS can have maximum 70 Characters including spaces and ME. However long messages can be sent using extra SMS Credit.
  4. Campaign should be minimum of 2500 SMS per batch.
  5. *EDS Database : We will use our database for SMS (See Page 4 for database details)
  6. **Clients Database: We can provide SMS Sending software to the client. Database & Sending SMS is done by client himself, however we can use your account to send your messages on request.
  7. EDS is responsible for sending messages & Emails and doing Social Media Campaigns, However response rates will depend on several factors like time, date, text, Offer & Target audience for the campaign. EDS will not guarantee the responses.
  8. Report will been shared after 24hrs of the campaign; it includes total number of messages sent, delivered & undelivered.

Email Marketing Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity Period of Emails is One Year.
  2. All Payments are in advance before the campaign
  3. Schedule for the Email campaign should be given two days before the campaign dates.
  4. Campaign should be minimum of 25000 Emails per batch.
  5. EDS will be responsible for sending emails, However response rates will depend on several factors like time, date, content & Target audience for the campaign. EDS will not guarantee the responses.
  6. Report has been shared after 24hrs of the campaign; it includes total number of Emails sent, delivered, undelivered, open and click rate.

Social & Digital Marketing Terms & Conditions:-

  1. CPM means 1 CPM = 1000 Impressions.
  2. Above cost does not include the cost of Video Production / Banner Ad’s creation. Charges for the same will be separate.
  3. Above mentioned cost is for displaying ad’s only, we don’t promise number of clicks. However if the objective of the campaign is to get more clicks, than campaign can be optimized/designed in that way,
  4. Emailer Design will be charged additionally AED500
  5. Validity period of SMS and Email will not be extended.
  6. SMS Sender id should be valid for one year, renewal of sender id will be charged.
  7. EDS is responsible for sending messages & Emails and doing Social Media Campaigns, However response rates will depend on several factors like time, date, text, Offer & Target audience for the campaign. EDS will not guarantee the responses.
  8. Terms & Conditions are subject to change from Social Media Companies.

Digital Marketing Packages Terms & Conditions

  1. EDS will setup the campaign to achieve best targeting & results, however won’t be responsible for the results.
  2. Max of 30 pics will be shot during a day.
  3. Video duration will be max 60 seconds with music in the background if required, however voice over charges will be billed extra based on actual billing from the Studio.
  4. Video & Photo shoot will be completed within one day i.e 10.00 AM till 5.00 PM, however exceeding this will be treated as an additional day & will be charged @ aed 1000 Per Day.
  5. Payment terms will be 100% Advance Payment’s & 5% VAT will be billed additional. No refunds will be entertained once paid.
  6. Validity of above packages will be for 1 Month & renewable if otherwise canceled officially before expiry of the month.
  7. SMS Sender id will me Max 11 Chars including spaces and its subject to approval from DU & Etisalat. Client Should provide NOC Letter along with Valid Trade License Copy. One Sender ID will be complimentary, however additional Sender ID will be charges at AED 500 Per Sender ID.
  8. Character limit for English SMS is 160 Chars and 70 Chars for Arabic including Optout if required.
  9. YouTube Video campaign is done as per impression basis i.e number of times your Ad is displayed to unique users.
  10. Facebook & Instagram Ad’s impression campaign means the number of times Ad is displayed to unique users.
  11. Consolidated reports will be submitted once a Month once the campaign is over.
  12. Images and content should be provided from Clients, however if extra images needs to be purchased from ShutterStock, the same will be billed on actuals.
  13. Artwork’s done for one platform will be adapted to other platforms, any new/different design will be treated as new artwork.
  14. Once the contract is terminated EDS will handover all the required logins/assets to the client, EDS will also destroy any sensitive information regarding the client.
  15. SnapChat requires high resolution PNG logo, client should provide the same.

Video Production, Shoot & Editing Terms & Conditions:-

  • Max of 30 pics will be shot during a day.

  • Stock Images and Videos should be provided from Clients, however if extra images and video needs to be purchased from ShutterStock, the same will be billed on actuals.
  • Voice Over Charges to be charged extra to be reimbursed from actual studio charges.
  • For Drone Shoot necessary approval s should be taken by Client.
  • Any other necessary approvals from the authorities  should be taken care by client.
  • Above Cost are standard, based on the scope cost will vary .
  • It is advisable to inform all the relevant staff/authorities to be present at the time of shoot & Interviews.
  • Payment terms will be 100% Advance Payment’s & 5% VAT will be billed additional. No refunds will be entertained once paid.
