Al Oula Radio was launched in 2014, under the umbrella of Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Center, as a media platform that promotes and supports the Center’s goal of preserving the UAE’s heritage, and to introduce and encourage generations to come to adhere to the meaningful costumes and values of our ancestors.
As a media entity, Al Oula ‘s slogan is (Emaratiya, Turathiya, Wataniya) and aims to achieve the center’s vision through what is has to offer in rich Emarati, traditional and balanced content, that is close to the hearts of the members of our society.
Al Oula communicates to its audience through a positive Emarati aspect in hopes of achieving a constructive impact through all its services to the community, and through highlighting all aspects of national accomplishments through cooperation with various governmental institutions and bodies.
